中资企业人力资源系列宣讲活动成功举办

Held on 29 November 2022, Tuesday, the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices Briefing organised by the China Enterprises Association (CEA) Singapore and hosted by MCC Singapore was attended by more than two hundred participants from various Chinese enterprises in Singapore. The virtual briefing covered topics such as in-employment practices, fair consideration framework, as well as fair recruitment, which included fair practices in job advertisements, job application forms, and interviews.

2022年11月29日(星期二),由中资企业(新加坡)协会主办、中冶新加坡承办的2022年度“公平就业三方准则”公平招聘宣讲活动于线上成功举办,各会员单位成员超两百人在线参与活动,反响热烈。本次线上活动主题包括雇佣指导、公平考量框架,公平招聘三方面。其中,公平招聘主题细分为公平招聘广告、公平招聘流程、公平招聘应聘。

 

The session focused on the sharing by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), an alliance set up by the tripartite partners that include the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), and Singapore National Employers Federation. Aiming to promote the adoption of fair, responsible, and progressive employment practices, the briefing by TAFEP seeks to inform, educate, and raise awareness among employers and employees and thereby combat against prejudice and discrimination in the workplace.

本次活动特别邀请了新加坡人力部官员进行讲座和答疑,聚焦于劳资政公平与良好雇佣联盟(TAFEP)分享的专业建议。该联盟由三方合作伙伴共同组建,包括人力部(MOM)、全国职工总会(NTUC)及新加坡全国雇主联合会(SNEF)。TAFEP旨在培养及优化采用公平、负责和进步的可行性就业举措。即,TAFEP通过向雇主和雇员提供信息、提高其认识,实现教育的目的,从而规避职场偏见及歧视。
